Sub2Earn provides a platform that allows content creators to create content locker links that require social media engagement before granting access to content. Our service helps creators grow their social media presence while earning revenue.
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

You retain all rights to the content you create and share through our Service. However, by using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You may not use our Service to lock or distribute:
Users can earn money based on the number of unlocks their links receive. The current rate is $5.00 per 1,000 unlocks ($0.005 per unlock), subject to change with notice.
You may request a withdrawal when your balance reaches $5.00. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 7-14 business days. We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity.
We implement measures to prevent fraud, including IP tracking and unlock rate limiting. Attempts to artificially inflate unlock counts will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sub2Earn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sub2Earn. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
In no event shall Sub2Earn, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
